At Miss Li Bodywork, we understand the importance of respect and courtesy. Our mission is to provide our clients with relaxing and therapeutic treatments tailored to their individual needs. We can guarantee that each appointment will start on time and our team will always strive for customer satisfaction.
Our policies are set in place to ensure our guests' safety as well as respect for their time and longevity with us. Furthermore, we believe in being transparent about all of the policies prior to any appointment- this includes arrival time, cancellation policy, no show policy, late arrival policy, informed consent and more. With that said, we welcome you to visit us at Miss Li Bodywork and look forward to providing a stress-free environment!
Arrival to Your Massage or Acupuncture Treatment
At Miss Li Bodywork, we highly recommend that guests arrive 10-15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment. This allows for time to fill out appropriate forms and prepare for the session. We also ask that your timely arrival is taken into consideration as all treatments have a set schedule. If late arrival is inevitable, your service may be shortened in order to keep on schedule and the original treatment time may still be charged.
Cancellation Policy and Fees
We understand the importance of respecting your schedule and honoring you as a valued Miss Li Bodywork guest. To that end, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice when rescheduling or canceling an appointment. Cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice will be charged a fee of $50 ($30 for a half-hour session) and no-shows will be charged in full. To guarantee reservations, all services require either a credit card or gift certificate upon booking. You are free to choose another method of payment when checkout time arrives.
Late Arrival Policy
Here at Miss Li Bodywork, we ask that our guests arrive on time for their scheduled appointment times. We understand that emergencies arise, so if you’re running late, please contact us in advance to make arrangements. In special cases and depending on our availability, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. However, the original reservation fee will still be charged regardless.
No Show Policy
At Miss Li Bodywork, we understand that life can sometimes get in the way of your regularly scheduled appointment times. In the event of a cancellation, please provide us with as much notice as possible – preferably 24 hours or more – so that we have time to fill your appointment slot. If you fail to show up without proper notification or cancel with less than 24 hours of notice, you may be charged in full for the scheduled service.
Informed Consent
Prior to each massage session, we’ll discuss your treatment plan with you. For both first-time visits and visits that occur more than a year apart, you'll be asked to sign our treatment consent form – this is so we can ensure you have read and understand our professional massage therapy and acupuncture policies and procedures.
Reservations
We recommend scheduling your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. To guarantee your appointment, you can either provide a credit card or use a gift certificate at the time of booking. All necessary charges will be made on the date of your scheduled service and our cancellation policies apply - please read the details below. Additionally, make sure to inform our receptionist of any allergies or sensitivities related to aromas or ingredients when you book your appointment.
*Please notify the receptionist of any allergies or sensitivities to aromas or ingredients when you schedule your appointment.
